Only primary_owner memberships are created by IS-MVP-13.1 (no manager-invite flow for fields in this pack — the IS's own "Requisitos funcionais" never names one, unlike team/torcida's later access packs). admin_manager gets the full set so the template is ready if a future pack introduces field manager invites; media_manager gets the gallery-adjacent subset; the remaining roles stay empty rather than guessing an unspecified mapping.
